Mindful Eating Workshop at Harlem Yoga Studio

Are you tired of controlling your portions and worrying about which foods are best for your body?

Do you have trouble deciding when you’re hungry and full?

Are you ready to feel at peace after every meal and energized throughout the day?

No matter what foods we choose to eat or lifestyle we choose to follow, we’re all doing our best to improve our relationship with food and our bodies. It’s easy to forget that the actual act of eating plays a significant role in our lives, serving as an opportunity for us to connect with our bodies, our inner guidance system, our planet, and each other. It’s a time when we can consciously choose our values and state of health and well-being.

In this workshop, you will learn:
- How to tune into your body’s hunger and fullness signals
- How to prepare, serve, and eat your food with love, presence, and grace for ideal metabolism and digestion
- How to create and maintain a supportive and nourishing eating rhythm in line with nature
- How to improve your digestion and absorption of nutrients for optimal energy

We will also practice Kundalini Yoga followed by a mindful eating exercise. Get ready to taste the most delicious piece of fruit you’ve ever had!
